2. Digital Products

All products sold on this store are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, download links are delivered by email and remain accessible in your customer account.

3. Personal Use License

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and single-classroom use only. You may:

• Print unlimited copies for your own household or classroom
• Use files on personal devices (tablet, computer, phone)

You may NOT:

• Share, redistribute, or resell the digital files
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Claim the designs as your own
• Upload files to file-sharing platforms

4. Payments

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Refunds

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once files have been accessed or downloaded. Exceptions are made at our discretion for technical issues. Please review our full Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, and content on this store are the intellectual property of Creative Essence / Aden Nacer and are protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Essence is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
