Digital products

All of our products are instant digital downloads (printable PDF files). Because these files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

We're here to help

If you experience any problem with your file — a broken link, a corrupted download, or the wrong item — please contact us within 14 days at contact@creativeessencekids.com and we will gladly help, resend, or replace your file.

Order errors

If you were charged incorrectly or purchased a duplicate item by mistake, contact us and we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
